Kim,
As follow up to our conversation today, here are some recent date stamped photos (as recent as today 9/17/19) showing
some of the extreme hazardous conditions and non compliance on the property located at 8621 WCR 2 Brighton, CO
owned by WW, LLC who is continuing to operate with multiple violations and non compliance as unknown commercial
business.
Notice the multiple containers some with marked placards, some unmarked, corrosive and flammable, multiple
commercial vehicles, overgrowth weeds as tall as privacy fence near and against storage containers, building, and vehicle
gas tanks.
All while this property has no water resource or access to near water, in the event of a fire or explosion this is a very
serious safety concern.
If this is what is visible outside of the building, what unknown conditions and hazardous or flammable chemicals are
stored or used within. Also important to note that the building storing these materials is very close proximity (feet) of a
residential home.
Can you please confirm your receipt of these photos by an email reply and please assist this complaint on record by
forwarding to applicable departments within Weld County including Barbara Kirkmeyer and Commissioner Staff Members.
Feel free to contact me regarding any questions or additional information you require and thank you for your time.
Due to the amount of photos this email is sent in 2 parts with ( 12 photos total)
Regards,
Kerri Kinnison

Re: #2019-99, PL2475 - A Substantial Change Review, USR19-0040 WW LLC Ralph Walker
Date: September 19, 2019
I am requesting the information for I was at the meeting all day from 10:00 AM to after the end of the meeting
around 2:00 pm. I did not get my chance to talk or give my voice in the matter concerning the facts of that I am
located right next to the shop that is being allowed to operate a commercial business with not just chemicals for
water for large companies but also for the oil and gas industry and storing the oil and gas batteries in their yard
and inside of the shop. Which can make a fire hazard not only to them but to me as well. I am not disputing in
wanting to bring in more homes in the neighbor hood but disputing that there is an operation happening that has
been reported several times and to which is still operating. They are paying taxes in agricultural and it is not fair
to the other neighbors or even to my daughter who owns the property to where I live to have to pay their fair
share and legally according to the county codes of Weld County. I understand that the first meeting was very
long and it took a long time to even get to our meeting yet I still sat there and waited and even moved up front
to be seen.
