The applicant, Glenn Dewayne Cecil is requesting a vacation of the portion of
SUP -315 for a Hog Farm (1,000 head) that encompasses his property. This is
a condition of approval for USR18-0074, which will cover approximately 2.33
acres of the area covered by SUP -315. Staff is in support of a complete vacation
of SUP -315, which covers other properties in addition to the property owned by
the applicant. The use by right number of animal units have not been exceeded
since as early as 2005. As the use requiring the original Special Use Permit
has ceased for more than three years, it can be terminated administratively in
accordance with Section 23-2-290. All other affected property owners were
notified of the proposed vacation via a first letter on 12/12/2018 and a second
letter on 1/18/2019. No property owners objected to the complete vacation.

farrowing and finishing operation. The applicant was Wayne Cecil.
USR18-0074 was approved by BOCC Resolution, conditional upon the vacation
of the existing SUP -315. This vacation is will meet this condition.
