This has to do with Statutory Pooling and since Weld County signed the lease, this is no longer applicable. However the three attached Declaration of Pooling documents ARE applicable and we would like Weld County to sign and return them. These are `voluntary' pooling agreements that basically will 'pool' the lease you just executed with us in to each well Spacing Unit. We will attach a lease exhibit to each of these Declaration of Pooling agreements and will record it with the County Clerk and Recorders office.
