RE : LOT SIZE VARIANCE - RICK D. HERTZKE
WHEREAS, at a public hearing held in the Chambers of the
Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, by the
Board of County Commissioners, on the first day of November,
1976 , the Board of County Commissioners did hear the appli-
cation of Rick D. Hertzke for a Lot Size Variance from the
minimum lot size requirement of the Weld County Zoning
Resolution, and
WHEREAS, Section 9-4A(6) of the Weld County Subdivision
Regulations requires that a lot size variance be obtained
before a recorded exemption is granted to an applicant, if
the original lot is less than the applicable minimum lot size
requirements of the Weld County Zoning Resolution, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, having heard the testimony of those present, and
having considered the recommendations of the Planning Commis-
sion staff, finds that the applicant has shown good cause for
granting a Lot Size Variance under Section 9-4A(6) of the
Weld County Subdivision Regulations .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners that the application of Rick D. Hertzke for a
Lot Size Variance on a parcel of land located in the South-
east Quarter of Section 2, Township 5 North, Range 67 West of
the 6th P.M. in Weld County, Colorado, and being more particu-
larly described as follows :
A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE I /4) Of SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, RANGE 67
WEST OF THE 6TH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, WELD COUNTY , COLORADO AND EL ING MORE PART ICULARY DESCRIBED AS
FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTH QUARTER CORNER OF SAID SECTION 2 AND CONSIDERING TIIE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SOUTH-
