To Whom It May Concern;
This letter is to confirm that the property located in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 19,
Township 3N, Range 68W in Weld County, otherwise known as Lot 5 Bohrer PUD _ Parcel#
120719001005, Longmont, CO is located entirely within the boundary of the Longs Peak Water
District, and Longs Peak is the provider of domestic water service.
The infrastructure for a standard % residential tap, a 1" dedicated fire tap, and a fire hydrant
exist on the property to date. The District has adequate capacity to serve a standard residential
domestic tap, along with 50 gallons per minute through the dedicated fire tap, as well as a fire
hydrant that routinely flows in excess of 1,000 gallons per minute.
Although infrastructure is in place, all appropriate fees must be satisfied to purchase the
tap. Longs Peak Water District does not have any issue with the proposed facility being placed on
this property.
