The infrastructure for a standard % residential tap, a 1" dedicated fire tap, and a fire hydrant exist on the property to date. The District has adequate capacity to serve a standard residential domestic tap, along with 50 gallons per minute through the dedicated fire tap, as well as a fire hydrant that routinely flows in excess of 1,000 gallons per minute. Although infrastructure is in place, all appropriate fees must be satisfied to purchase the tap.
