Contex Energy Company LLC has agreed to assign all right, title and interest in and to the Weld County
Lease covering the described lands listed below to Clear Creek Resource Partners Holdings LLC:
Township 11 North, Range 60 West, Section 26: W2W2 recorded at 4321021
As agreed, we are requesting consent from Weld County to convey the lease to Clear Creek Resource
Partners Holdings LLC. Please indicate your acceptance by signing in the space below and return one
original of this letter to the undersigned in the enclosed, self-addressed, stamped envelope. The required
fee of S 100.00 has been included.
