WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, on the 12th day of June, 1978 , a public hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado upon the application of Hill-n-Park, Inc. for a replat of Lot 22, Block 7, and Outlot B, 2nd Filing, Hill-n-Park, a subdivision in Weld County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows: OUTLOT "B" Beginning at the Northwest Corner (NW Cor) of Outlot "B" and considering the North line of said Outlot "B" to bear South 67°59'20" East with all other bearings relative thereto: Thence South 67°59'20" East, along said North line, 460.45 feet; Thence South 44°17'20" East, 407.11 feet; Thence South 06°03'12" East, 114.46 feet; Thence North 51°22'40" West, 413.12 feet; Thence North 38°37'20" East, 30.00 feet; Thence North 51°22'40" West, 80.00 feet; Thence South 38°37'20" West, 30.00 feet; Thence North 51°22'40" West, 432.59 feet to the Point of Beginning. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard the testimony and statements of those present, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the request and the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Com- mission, and having been fully informed and satisfied that the proposed replat of Lot 22 , Block 7, and Outlot "B" , 2nd Filing, Hill-N-Park conforms in all respects with the requirements of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations and that the approval of said replat would be in the best interest of Weld County. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the replat of Lot 22 , Block 7 and Outlot "B" , 2nd Filing, Hill-N-Park subdivision, be and hereby is, approved. We have prepared previous comments on this subdivision, and can see no reason why the replat should not be approved.
