RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE REPLAT OF LOT 22, BLOCK 7, AND OUTLOT B, 2ND FILING,
HILL-N-PARK, A SUBDIVISION IN WELD COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 12th day of June, 1978 , a public hearing
was held before the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado upon the application of Hill-n-Park, Inc. for a replat
of Lot 22, Block 7, and Outlot B, 2nd Filing, Hill-n-Park, a
subdivision in Weld County, Colorado, more particularly described
as follows:
OUTLOT "B"
Beginning at the Northwest Corner (NW Cor) of Outlot "B"
and considering the North line of said Outlot "B" to bear
South 67°59'20" East with all other bearings relative
thereto:
Thence South 67°59'20" East, along said North line,
460.45 feet;
Thence South 44°17'20" East, 407.11 feet;
Thence South 06°03'12" East, 114.46 feet;

and statements of those present, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the
request and the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Com-
mission, and having been fully informed and satisfied that the
proposed replat of Lot 22 , Block 7, and Outlot "B" , 2nd Filing,
Hill-N-Park conforms in all respects with the requirements of
the Weld County Subdivision Regulations and that the approval of
said replat would be in the best interest of Weld County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the replat of Lot 22 ,
Block 7 and Outlot "B" , 2nd Filing, Hill-N-Park subdivision, be
and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of
June, A.D. , 1978.

2. The City of Greeley Planning Commission has no objections to
this request which is located in the City of Greeley's
Comprehensive Plan area.
3. School District #6 can foresee no problems with this request .
4. The West Greeley Soil Conservation District has no objections
to this request .
5. The Weld County Health Department has indicated they can find
no apparent conflict with local or State Health regulations
concerning this request .
6. The Weld County Engineering Department has no objections to
this request .
7. The City of Evans Planning Commission has no objections to this
request provided the applicant obtains all the necessary
utility approvals . The applicant has accomplished this.
8. On May 11, 1978, the Weld County Utilities Coordinating Advisory
Board recommended approval of the utility easements for this
replat .
