RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Planning Commission will soon expire,
and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Lonnie Ford and Tom Cope to said Planning Commission, both with terms to expire July 31, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Lonnie Ford and Tom Cope, be, and hereby are, reappointed to the
Planning Commission, both with terms to expire July 31, 2022.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 5th day of August, A.D., 2019.
