HomeMy WebLinkAbout760657.tiff RESOLUTION RE: AMENDMENT OF SITE PLAN FOR LOT 2 , ALTHEN-BOYER COMMERCIAL UNIT DEVELOPMENT. WHEREAS, on June 2, 1976, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the Site Developement Plan of Lot 2, Althen-Boyer Commercial Unit Development, and WHEREAS, in a public meeting held October 20, 1976, the Board of County Commissioners heard the request of the developer to amend said approved Site Development Plan of Lot 2, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the testimony and statements of those present , and WHEREAS, the Board has studied the request and believes it to be in the best interests of the County to approve the re- quested amendment of the Site Development Plan of Lot 2, Althen-Boyer Commercial Unit Development. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the Site Development Plan of Lot 2, Althen-Boyer Commercial Unit Development be, and hereby is , amended to allow the placement of an additional building to be used as a warehouse on said Lot 2. The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of October, A.D. , 1976.
