246 ROCK BRIDGE LN, WINDSOR
Legal: WIN 3WV L3 WATER VALLEY SUB #3
Reason: Value Too High - This property has been a rental to the same family for over 10 years, thus
no improvements or updates have been done to property. They pay $1475.00 rent per month and
HOA is $355.00 per month paid by me as the owner. Condo is the smallest of all styles in our area
as it has only two bedrooms upstairs and a partially finished basement with storage and a bath. A
value increase of $62,389 on a $231,000 condo would not be double what value possible with no
improvements to the property.
