RE: Burger Street Dedication
Gentlemen:
The undersigned commercial establishments hereby request
that the Weld County Board of County Commissioners formally
accept by resolution the Dedication of Burger Street dated .
September 10 , 1971, and recorded September 17, 1971, in Book
No. 653, Reception No. 1575358, a photocopy of which is
attached hereto.
Burger Street is a heavily used street and it is essential
for the practical use of all of the businesses which lie
south-west of the intersection of I-25 and Colorado State
Highway 119.
We ask the County to accept Burger Street for repair and
maintenance - especially snow removal. The business estab-
lishments represented by the signatures below pay heavy
taxes, and we believe our request is both necessary and
fair.
The granting of the request will foster the advancement of
th //geenneral 'w/elfare of the community.

WHEREAS, DEL CAMINO CORPORATION desires to declare
in favor of the County of Wald, State of Colorado, a perpetual
dedication of such parcel for street and road purposes, for use
by pedestrians and vehicles for ingress, egress, passage, and
parking in, to, upon and over the parcel of land described --
above; _
NON, THERHPORE, IT IS DECLARED AS PQLLOMst
DEL CAMINO CORPORATION hereby declares, assigns and

dedication of the parcel of land described above for street

This Declaration of Street Dedication shall become
effective upon acceptance by the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Weld, State of Colorado, and shall be for the
perpetual benefit of the County of Weld and the general public.
