Based on the email string below, I'm following up to see if you can check the file for the amended RE (recorded) and new
Deed. We will base the Legal Description of the Draft Resolution on the documents which were supposed to be

provided by the applicant. This case is going before the Board next Wednesday and we need to distribute the
Resolution tomorrow.

I have sent an email to the applicant. They are working on an amended recorded exemption on this land
too. So the legal will be 1AmRECX18-16-0035 Lot B. However they have not recorded the new plat or
created the new deed yet. I will have them do this before the hearings.
