Respect/icily sub)),it the following report, to wit: sifter receiving our authority to act, we met at the starting point of said proposed road, on the 23r41ay of August 11%15 at the hoar ofll o'clock A• .M.,being the time and 'doe(' .specified in our appointment, and proceeded to view the road prayed for in said petition, as follows: We commenced at the starting point named in,said petition, and runt_ Commencing..at .the_I;aat___si_de. of townshi , 11, E nge 58 between sections 24 and 25 and going due West 11 miles to the `.best side of sections 29 and 20, Township 11 , Range 59. then South 1 mile between sections 29 and 30, then hest 1 mile between sections 30 and 31, then South 1 mile on the range line between 59 and 60 and between section 31 in Range 59 and section 36 in Range 60, then Nest on the township line between 10 and 11 into Grover. The last nancedd point being the terminus thereof, and the road as above laid oat and viewed being over the most practicable route which we in our ,judgment can find. W'e found it necessary to make the following changes in the proposed route as prayed for, viz.:t We, the undersigned viewers hereby recommend that road petitioned for and described herein be granted with the exception of two miles between sections 22 and 27, 23 and 26, T. 11 N. R. 59 W, which said two miles is not prat cal for road purposes and we therefore recommend that same be not granted. We further recommend that road petitioned, for on section line between sections 29 and 30, T. 11 N. R. 59 W. , be not granted through the lake now situated on said section line, but as a substitute therefor we recommend that a road be granted around the East side of said lake, diverging from the section line at a point where same intersects the Southern border of said lake and following around the Eastern border line of said lake, returning to the said section line again where same intersects the Northern border line of said lake.
