CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
1) This well shall be used in such a way as to cause no material injury to existing water rights. The issuance of this permit does not
ensure that no injury will occur to another vested water right or preclude another owner of a vested water right from seeking
relief in a civil court action.
2) The construction of this well shall be in compliance with the Water Well Construction Rules 2 CCR 402-2, unless approval of a
variance has been granted by the State Board of Examiners of Water Well Construction and Pump Installation Contractors in
accordance with Rule 18.
3) Approved pursuant to CRS 37-90-137(4) and the findings of the State Engineer dated May 16, 2018.
4) The use of ground water from this well is limited to two (2) single family dwellings and the irrigation of 28,000 square feet of
home gardens and lawn.
5) The pumping rate of this well shall not exceed 15 GPM.
6) The average annual amount of ground water to be withdrawn shall not exceed 1.05 acre-feet.
7) Production is limited to the Laramie -Fox Hills aquifer.
8) The owner shall mark the well in a conspicuous location with well permit number(s), name of the aquifer, and court case
number(s) as appropriate. The owner shall take necessary means and precautions to preserve these markings.
9) A totalizing flow meter must be installed on this well and maintained in good working order. Permanent records of all diversions
must be maintained by the well owner (recorded at least annually) and submitted to the Division Engineer upon request.
10) This well shall be constructed not more than 200 feet from the location specified on this permit.
11) Pursuant to CRS 37-90-137(9)(b) and the Denver Basin Rules, no more than 98% of the nontributary ground water withdrawn
annually shall be consumed and the well owner shall demonstrate to the reasonable satisfaction of the State Engineer that no
more than 98% of the water withdrawn will be consumed.
12) This well is subject to administration by the Division Engineer in accordance with applicable decrees, statutes, rules, and
regulations.
13) The issuance of this permit hereby cancels permit no. 43889.
NOTE: The ability of this well to withdraw its authorized amount of water from this non-renewable aquifer may be less than the
100 years upon which the amount of water in the aquifer is allocated, due to anticipated water level declines.

Septic Permit Repair
CONDITIONS:
Onsite wastewater treatment system must be 10 feet from property line. Install the soil treatment area within 50
feet of the soils test location. Septic tank must be at least 50 feet from any well. Soil treatment area must be at
least 100 feet from any well. Soil treatment area must be 10 feet from lined irrigation ditch. Sewer line to septic
tank must have at least 1/flinch/ft. fall. Effluent line from septic tank to distribution box must have at least
1/8inch/ft. fall. Install inspection ports at the ends of each trench or bed. All Weld County regulations are
applicable.

NOTICE
This permit is granted temporarily to allow construction to commence. This permit may be revoked or suspended by the Weld County Department of
Public Health and Environment for reasons set forth in the Weld County Individual Sewage Disposal System Regulations including failure to meet
any term or condition imposed thereon during temporary or final approval. The issuance of this permit does not constitute assumption by the
department or its employees of liability for the failure or inadequacy of the sewage disposal system. This permit is non -transferable and
non-refundable. Before issuing final approval of this permit the Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment reserves the right to
impose additional terms and conditions required to meet our regulations on a continuing basis. Final permit approval is contingent upon the final
inspection of the completed system by the Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment.
