RE: AUTHORIZE WELD COUNTY ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT (ROAD AND BRIDGE)
TO LEND BARRICADES AND PYLONS TO S & S EQUIMENT COMPANY,
JOHNSTOWN, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado has received a request from S & S Equipment Company,
Johnstown, Colorado for permission to borrow 20 barricade signs
and 25 rubber pylons on June 16, 1979 in order to block off a
street- in the Town of Johnstown for a machine demonstration, and
WHEREAS, after discussion, the Board 'of County Commissioners
finds that said request should be granted with the understanding
that in case of an emergency, the barricades and pylons could be
retrieved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of S & S
Equipment Company, Johnstown, Colorado for permission to borrow
20 barricade signs and 25 rubber pylons on June 16, 1979 be, and
hereby is, granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that said request is
granted with the understanding that in case of an emergency,
said barricades and pylons could be retrieved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of
June, A.D. , 1979.
