Dear Elizabeth,
I have reviewed the bid submittals from Spradley Barr Greeley and Johnson Auto Plaza. The Town of
Gilcrest will accept the bid proposal #B1900048 from Spradley Barr Greeley for a Ford F-250 induding
the optional Boss 8'2 VXT Plow.
I have reviewed the bid submittals from Spradley Barr Greeley and Johnson Auto Plaza. The Spradley
Barr quote did not meet required specifications (fog lamps) and Johnson Auto Plaza did not meet GVW
specifications. The Town of Gilcrest will accept the bid proposal 1900048 as presented by Spradley Barr
Greeley.
The Town Board of Trustees will vote to accept the bid from Spradley Barr Greeley at the Town Board of
Trustees meeting at this evenings, March 19, 2019.
