named day and date, a copy of which has been received by as,viz.: Commencing at*

of section 3 , 2. 6, R. 63, thence South three miles to the Southeast corner
of section 15, T. 6, R. 63.
Also commencing £t the Southwest corner of section 10, T. 6, R. 63,
thence SEst on section lines to the Southeast corner of section 7, T. 6,
R. 62 .
Respectfully submit the following report, to wit: After receiving our authority to act, we met at the starting point of
• said proposed road, on the23 day of September, 1915 1.8 at the hour of IQ_o'eiodea. M.,being the
time and place specified in our appointment, and proceeded to view the road prayed for in said petition, as follows:
We commenced at the starting point named in said petition, and runt. corm e,, e 't, the Northeast
corner of section 3 , T. 6, N.. 6S., thence South three riles to the. Southwest
corner of section 15, T. 6, Ii. 63.
Lisp commencing at the Southwest corner of section 10, T. 6, L. 63,
thence Eeat on section lines to the Southeast corner of section 7, 2. 6,
R. 62.

We have marked out the line of said road as located by us by turning a farrow on each side of said proposed road.
We estimate the probable cost of opening said road to travel to be$
We, the undersigned viewers hereby recommend that the road
herein described vary to the East in section 2, Township 6 North of
Range 63 West of the 6th P. M. and follow close to the Fast bank of
Crow Creek and return again to the section line at or near the half
section line between sections 2 and 3, Township 6 North of Range 63
West of the 6th P. M. The change herein recommended is for the purpose
of avoiding the expense of construction of several bridges across Croix
Creek, We further recommend that that part of said road extending from
the Northeast corner of section three and Northwest corner of section
two, Township 6, Range 63, South to the first crossing of Crow Creek,
be ranted all off of the Mast side of the Northeast quarter of said
section three.

• GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of
the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at

Commencing et the Northeast corner of section 3, T. 6, R. 63,
thence South three miles to the Southeast corner of section 15,
T. 6, R. 63.
Also commencing at the Southwest corner of section 10, T. 6,
R. 63, thence East on section lines to the Southeast corner of
section 7, T. 6, R. 62.
Said road to be not less than sixty (60) feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above described,
and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the sum of

the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agree to give •`
