Box 758 Greeley, CO 80631 RE: Property Assessment Appeal Dear Board Members: Please reconsider the property assessment made this year on my home at 640 Florence Avenue in Firestone, Colorado. Not one home in my neighborhood has sold for anywhere near $400,000. In addition, I was told that the bigger home on the corner of my block with 3 -car garage and a fully finished basement just sold for $369,000. I understand that this recent sale is not considered in the process at this time but felt you should know about that sale. My home has a 2 -car garage and my basement is only partially finished with a bedroom and bath. There is no way my home would sell for more than $350,000, if that much. Attached are copies of homes that have sold in my area between April 2017 and June 2018. My eyesight is poor so, unless I can have someone drive me to the hearing, I cannot attend the hearing in person as I only drive in familiar areas. I look forward to receiving notice after you have rendered your decision - hopefully a reasonable decision. I am a widow, 82 years old on July 19 and hope that I never have to move again. Thank you for taking the time to consider my request. Sincerely, Patricia M. Reisbec 640 Florence Avenue P.O.
