SUBJECT: U R 18-0127 (second Dwelling)
Planning Staff is requesting to modify Item #1.A of the U R 18-012 7 staff report:
Item ##1.A of the U R18-0127 staff report currently reads "The recreational vehicle shall cease to be
used as a dwelling unit. The applicant shall submit photographic evidence to the Department of
Planning Services. (Department of Planning Services)"
Planning Staff requests Item ##1.A read as follows: "The recreational vehicle shall cease to be used
as a dwelling unit. The property owner shall sign a notarized affidavit stating they will cease to use
the recreational vehicle as living quarters within the property boundaries and submit photographic
evidence. Documentation shall be submitted to the Department of Planning Services. (Department
of Planning Services)"
