Subdivision being a subdivision located in the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section 32, Township 1 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of Section 32, whence the Southwest Corner of Section 32 bears South 00°25'31" East a distance of 308.03' ; thence North 00°25'31" West along the West line of Section 32 a distance of 1514.83' ; thence South 89°46'24" East a distance of 1219.85' ; Thence South 00°11'28" West a distance of 1281.96' ; Thence North 89°48'32" West a distance of 729.28' ; Thence South 00°05'28" East a distance of 95.36' ; Thence South 71'39°28" West along the Northerly bank of a ditch a distance of 145.00' ; Thence South 63°41'28" West a distance of 150.00' ; Thence South 83°34'28" West a distance of 204.00' to the point of beginning, containing 37.66 acres more or less. and BE IT RESOLVED, that the accompanying plat is approvedfor filing and the public roads, streets, highways, and easements thereon shown are approved, provided however, that the Countyof Weld will not undertake maintenance of said streets, roads, and rights-of-way until they have been constructed by the subdivider according to specifications and accepted by the County of Weld.
