I own the property adjacent to the property referenced by this case on the south and east sides. I have what I believe to be significant issues with this plan. I will address them in the order that the plan lists them. Detention Pond Facility — The gravel road mentioned in this section is my driveway. The culvert under it is for the purpose of flood irrigation run off. Since the farmers north of us have installed a Center Pivot and the property owners between us and the irrigated property have blocked the ditch, it no longer can be used for irrigation run off. I do not approve of the plan for dumping the water from a Detention Pond onto my property. As the water table is not a concern, changing the plan should not be a problem. Traffic Impact — The access to this property is less than 25' wide. On the north side of the driveway there is a utility easement for gas, water, and electricity. The gas and water meters are situated on the north edge of the driveway as you turn in from WCR 1. The 1st power pole is offset a little further north. The remaining poles going east are on my property. Therefore egress and access to WCR 1 is limited to 1 vehicle at a time. Especially in the case of SUV's, vehicles pulling trailers, semi trailers, etc.. This means that those attempting to access the storage facility will have to stop, blocking 1 lane of WCR 1 while the other vehicle(s) exit the driveway or the party exiting will have to park somewhere while the oncoming vehicles drive in. Also, WCR 1 has become a preferred route during AM and PM rush hours. This enables people to avoid highway 66, which is a mess, and provides an alternative when Interstate 25 is shut down in either direction. Finally, the height of these buildings are 30' to 40' except for Cl which is 14'. C1 is directly in front of my house and 14' high. And the remaining buildings going west in front of Cl are 30' and 40' EXHIBIT Date Page 2 high. We have lived here for 47 years and enjoyed the view every single day. This property is not suited to this form of use and the classification should not be changed. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. I would like to address this case number and disagree with the planning of the storage units. As this will take away all of our views south and Fm not sure how the water drainage will work as we get quite a bit out here in heavy rain. We will be so Blocked in on 3Sides of our property. We have lived here for 50 or so years. The building of this structures will very much affect the sale of our home if we ever decide to do that I cannot imagine not being able to see some of the mountains and other things that go on. The noise and the traffic will not be something we want to deal with as there are children on the road which by the way is very narrow County Road one school buses during school time and sometimes very fast traffic.I don't think its a good idea to make this area and industrial site and be able to rezone to what anybody wants.
