Bonanza Creek Energy Operating Company, LLC has reached an agreement to assign all right, title and interest
in and to the Weld County Oil and Gas Lease dated May 1, 2017 covering the described lands listed below to
HighPoint Operating Company, LLC:
Township 5 North. Range 61 West. 6th P.M.
Section 34: Si
Recorded at Reception No. 4299053.
As per paragraph 9.A of the lease, advance written consent of the Lessor is required to assign the lease. Please
indicate your consent by signing in the space provided below and return to the undersigned at the letterhead
address.
