APPOINTING COMMISSIONER
TO CONVEY REAL PROPERTY:
Commissioner Anderson offered the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado, has acquired and is the owner of the
following described real property, duly recorded in the records of the County Clerk
and Recorder of the County of Weld, State of Colorado, as follows, to-wit:

and
WHEREAS, said property has been duly advertised for sale at a public
auction held on the 10th day of November 1971, at the hour of 11:30 A. M. in the
Office of the Board of County Commissioners, excepting therefrom the reservations
in the United States Patent and existing reservoir sites and irrigation ditches,
if any, existing rights-of-way for public highways and roads and any and all existing
easements of rights-of-way, however, evidenced or acquired, and subject to existing
leases, and excepting therefrom all oil, gas and other minerals therein or thereunder,
together with the right to prospect for and remove the same; and all County owned
structures, if any on said property and all property used for County purposes; and
WHEREAS, Gail Manz of 2131 Twenty-fifth Street, Greeley, Colorado, bid
$20.00 as the purchase price for said property and being the highest and best
bidder, said property was sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Francis M. Loustalet, County Treasurer, be and he is
hereby consttuted and appointed as Commissioner for Weld County, Colorado, and is
hereby ordered to convey, without covenants of warranty, to Gail Manz, the
aforementioned property, as above described, excepting therefrom the reservations
in favor of the Union Pacific Railroad Company; and excepting therefrom the reservations
in the United States Patent and existing reservoir sites and irrigation ditches; if
any existing rights-of-way for public highways and roads, and any and all existing
leases, and excepting therefrom oil, gas and other minerals therein or thereunder
together with the right to prospect for and remove the same; and all County owned
structures, if any on said property; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that as to such conveyance, Francis M. Loustalet
is authorized to affix the seal of Weld County and said conveyance shall have the
effect to transfer to said Gail Manz all right and interest which Weld County has
in and to the above described property subject to the exception and reservations
hereinabove mentioned or referred to. Weld County does not warrant title.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Ashley and adopted by the following
vote: 1

AND WHEREAS, the County Commissioners of the County of Weld did elect to sell said property as provided by law, and
did cause notice of sale at public auction of such real property to be advertised in two issues of Greeley Booster ,
a newspaper of general circulation in the said County of Weld; said newspaper notices having appeared one week apart and with-
. in the thirty days as provided by law, and did post said notice in a public place in the county court house for a$ 1eagt thirty days
before the date of such sale and thereupon did offer such real property for sale at public auction on the lU n day
of __November , 19_/l-, in the County Commissioners Office, Court House, Greeley, Colorado, subject to
the exceptions and reservations hereinafter stated.
AND WHEREAS, Gail Manz
has paid the sum of Twenty Dollars and No/100
in full payment of said bid for said property, with said exceptions and reservations.NOW, THEREFORE, WELD COUNTY, by Francis M. Loustalet heretofore duly
i appointed by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, as Commissioner to convey said real property and
to execute this deed, acting upon the direction of th Bec�ar�dd of County Coin ' sioers of Weld County in executing this deed,
for and in consideration of the sum of "..Twenty Dollars and Noj10D paid as aforesaid,
and by virtue of the statutes in such case made and provided, by these presents does grant, bargain and sell the following described
real property, to-wit:
Lots 8-9 Block 16 Carr. --- -- - - ---
excepting therefrom the reservations in favor of the Union Pacific Railroad Company-; and excepting therefrom the reservations
in the United States Patent and existing reservoir sites and irrigation ditches, if any, existing rights-of-way for public highways
and roads, and ary and all existing easements or rights-of-way, however evidenced or acquired, and subject to existing leases; and
excepting therefrom all oil, gas and other minerals therein or thereunder, together with the right to prospect for and remove the same;
and all county owned structures, if any, on said property, and all property used for county purposes, situate, lying and being in the
County of Weld, State of Colorado, unto the said Gail Manz
(their) (her) his-heirs, and assigns, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and subject to all the rights of redemption by
minors, insane persons or idiots as provided by law.
This deed is made pursuant to resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado. duly made and
f� entered of record in its proceedings the _ 21st- - day of _ June 19__12 appointing
Francis M. Loustalet , commissioner, to convey as aforesaid and to execute this deed on behalf of Weld
County, and to affix the seal of Weld Comity, Colorado, conveying said real property with the exceptions and reservations
aforesaid, to second party hereto.
