The Belmont Farms Division has many higher priced homes ranging from $650,00 to well over $1 million. Our home is so different from the other homes in the neighborhood as we don't have a basement (crawispace which is good for storage only but not user friendly). Also, we don't have any out buildings or shops as many other adjacent homes do. Here are the bulleted items regarding the property features of our home. • 3,332 square footage • Living area one level • 3 beds, 2 1/2 baths • 3 car garage • Crawl space NOT a basement, at best storage usage only • No external outbuildings or shops We have attached a home which recently sold for $623,500. This home has a full basement, built in hot tub, larger square footage and most importantly one more bathroom. Our assessment is that our home is being unfairly valued at a higher valuation because of the many higher priced homes in the Belmont Farms Division and its not being compared appropriately. Once again our home is livable one level and without a basement. So in further review we value our home at $599,000 not $642,855. Thanks for taking the time to go over our appeal.
