The State Contract that was signed in 2015 is now due to expire June 30, 2018. The Department has extended the
contract to June 30, 2019, using the signed, attached Option Letter. Your copy is enclosed for your records and will be
executed starting July 1, 2018; there is nothing for you to sign or send back to this office. Another Option letter will be
sent next year followed by a new contract the year after., _
Information to complete the cerfifcate renewal for 2018=19 -will be coming soon. We appreciate your hard work and
look forward to another year of doing business with you.
