The Government has abandoned the use of the above described premises for the purposes granted by the license agreement. In accordance with the terms of provision V of the license agreement, therefore, the United States of America, acting by and through the Federal Farm Mortgage Corporation under and pursuant to the Surplus Property Act of 1944, as amended, and orders and regulations issued thereunder, hereby cancels said license agreement by giving you this 30 day written notice, the license agreement and all rights and provisions therein granted, as well as the obligations therein imposed, to absolutely cease and determine upon the expiration of 30 days after this notice is delivered to you.
