eanaidered the report of the viewers herein,as well as the objections made thereto,and Ending the report correct as to
form,and believing the public good requires the laying out of the road as recommended by the viewers,it was on motion ordered that the report be approved
and adopted,and the road therein described and recommended by the viewers be and is hereby declared a public highway. The Clerk is directed to record
the report,plat the road,draw warrants in favor of parties for damages awarded,and cause notices to he posted of opening of said road,and notify the
Road Overseer of proper District to open the some to travel in sixty days as required by law.

Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a petition heretofore pre-
sented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, the said
Commissioners have appointed three Road Viewers to meet at point

ROAD PETITION.
To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of County, Colo.
GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the
public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at
the Southwest corner of Section 19, Township 1, North Range 64 West of
Easterly
the Sixth principal Meridan, thenceimsama two miles along the section
line between Sections 19 and 30, and between Sections 20 and 29, Township
1, North Range 64 West of the Sixth Principal Meridan, to the Southeast
corner of Section 20, Township 1, North Range 64 West of the Sixth
Principal Meridan

Said road to be not less than sixty(60)feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above described,
and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the sum of
one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of Wild
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agrees to give
the right of way through our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for

To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners,
Weld County, Colorado,
Gentlemen;
Our attention has been called to the fact that a road petition is
being circulated for the opening of two miles of road, beginning at the S.W.
corner of Section 19, Township 1, North, Range 64 West; thence East two miles
between Sections 19 and 30 and 20 and 29 all in Township 1, North, Range 64 West.
As the Board of Education of School District # 80 we are very mach
interested in having this road opened as soon as possible, as it is very necessary
in the serving of the South Ease portion of our District with our school bus.
We, therefore kindly ask that your honorable body give this petition
due and careful consideration at your earliest convenience.
