Stericycle - Dacono Autoclave Facility
Dear Mr. Triplett:
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Hazardous Materials and Waste Management
Division (the "Division") has conducted a review of Financial Assurance compliance for Stericycle - Dacono
Autoclave Facility. The Financial Assurance Submittal was reviewed for compliance with Section 4.0 of the
Regulations Pertaining to Solid Waste Sites and Facilities, 6 CCR 1007-2 (the "Regulations").
The submittal included the Surety Rider in the amount of $50,516.91, dated September 24, 2019. The surety
bond is adequately funded to cover 2019 inflation. As a result of the Division's review and analysis, the Division
hereby approves the 2019 financial submittal for closure and post -closure care costs of the facility.
The Division is authorized to bill for its financial assurance review pursuant to Section 1.7 of the Regulations,
and an invoice will be transmitted under separate cover.
