Dear Sam:
I am writing you again to call your attention to the fact that the
check that is being put in by the County for diversion of water to the
Empire intake has not been completed. As a matter of fact, our superin-
tendent tells me there has been nothing done on it. You know we are not
very far away from storing and I wish you would get on your superintendent
or whoever is supposed to be in charge of this construction and give me a
timetable because we must have something done on that.
