Aztec Exploration, LLC (Aztec) has executed an Assignment of Oil & Gas Leases, recorded at Reception No. 4393430,
whereby they have agreed to sell and assign one hundred percent (100%) of its right, title, and interest in and to the Oil & Gas
Lease recorded at Reception No. 4374289 to Incline Energy, LLC, whose address is 5019 N. Central Expressway, Dallas, TX
75205.
Pursuant to the Oil and Gas Lease, your consent is required in order to permit Aztec to convey its interest. Aztec respectfully
requests your consent to sell and assign its interest in the Oil and Gas Lease covering the following lands:
Township 4 North, Range 67 West, 6`h P.M.
Section 11: Lots 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21, Block 41, Town of Milliken, according to the Plat thereof, recorded on July 23,
1909, at Reception No. 143902, in the Records of the Weld County, Colorado, Clerk and Recorder. Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17,
18, 19, 20, and 21, Block 42, Town of Milliken, according to the Plat thereof, recorded on July 23, 1909, at Reception No.
143902, in the Records of the Weld County, Colorado, Clerk and Recorder. Lots 12, 13, 14, and 15, Block 43, Town of
Milliken, according to the Plat thereof, recorded on July 23, 1909, at Reception No. 143902, in the Records of the Weld
County, Colorado, Clerk and Recorder. Except all that part lying North & East of a line beginning at a point on the North line of
Lot 15, 14.1 feet West of the NE corner of Lot 15 and extending South 52° 57' 30" East, a distance of 123.5 feet to a point on
the East line of Lot 12, 73.1 feet South of the NE corner of Lot 12, contains 0.083 acres more or less. Lots 16, 17, 18, and 19,
Block 43, Town of Milliken, according to the Plat thereof, recorded on July 23, 1909, at Reception No. 143902, in the Records
of the Weld County, Colorado, Clerk and Recorder. Lots 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 31, and 32, Block 53, Town of Milliken,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded on July 23, 1909, at Reception No. 143902, in the Records of the Weld County,
Colorado, Clerk and Recorder. Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, and 10, Block 54, Town of Milliken, according to the Plat thereof, recorded
on July 23, 1909, at Reception No. 143902, in the Records of the Weld County, Colorado, Clerk and Recorder.
