QUIT CLAIM DEED

THIS DEED, Made this _ 7th day of April , 1971 ,
o between WELD COUNTY, a municipal corporation and a political sub-
division of the State of Colorado, by the BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS, for the respective interests of the COUNTY OF
\ WELD and the STATE OF COLORADO, of the first part, and PLATTE
ENTERPRISES, INC. , a corporation duly organized and existing under
and by virtue of the laws of the State of Colorado, of the second part;
°` WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, in consider-
c> ation of the sum of other valuable consideration and Ten Dollars ($10. 00),
o to said party of the first part in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has
remised, released, sold, conveyed and QUIT CLAIMED unto the said
party of the second part, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand
<'> which the said party of the first part has in and to the following described
real estate situate, lying and being in the County of Weld and State of
Colorado, to-wit:
A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter (SEISE-) of Section Twenty-four
(24), Township Five (5) North, Range Sixty-four (64)
West of the Sixth (6th) P. M. , described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 24,
thence West 567 feet along the South line thereof,
thence North 25 feet to the place of beginning, running
thence from said point of beginning West 673 feet parallel
with the South line of said Section 24, thence North 220
feet, thence South 78° 35' East 227. 5 feet, thence East
450 feet, thence South 175 feet to the place of beginning;
containing 2. 8 acres.
To Have and To Hold the same, together with all and singular the
appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever,
of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper
use, benefit, and behoof of the said party of the second part, its successors
and assigns forever.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, by Quit Claim Deed dated June 5, 1948 and recorded
July 2, 1948 in Book 1228, Page 483, of Weld County Records, Kazuma
Mikawa conveyed to Weld County, Colorado, 2. 8 acres, more or less, for
gravel excavation purposes, and
WHEREAS, all gravel deposits have now been excavated and
Weld County has no further use for this land, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, is of the opinion that it is in the best interests of the County to
re-convey this land to present contiguous land owners thereby again placing
same on the County tax rolls.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that it does by these presents
remise, release forever and quitclaim unto the present owners of contiguous
property thereto the following described property, to-wit:
A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of the

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote, on the 7th day of April, 1971.
