RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT AND APPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY BUILDING
CODE BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Building Code Board of
Appeals, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Ralph Giardino, with a term to expire December 31, 2019, and to reappoint Matt Wagy, as the
Fire Department representative, with a term to expire December 31, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the aforementioned persons be, and hereby are reappointed and
appointed to the Weld County Building Code Board of Appeals, both with terms to expire as
detailed above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 14th day of January, A.D., 2019.
