Dear Bill,
This letter is to confirm our phone conversation of January 6, 1972, regard-
ing the discharge of water into your gravel pit.
This effort is an emergency measure on our part and this discharge into
your gravel pit would be of a temporary nature not to exceed six months. If
you do see a problem at any time please let us know and we will do all we can
to correct it.
If you concur with the above would you sign below and return a copy to
me for my files.
