Subject: Request to export material from the southeast mine area associated with USR8-0105
Dear David:
The Department of Planning Services received your request for permission to export material from the
approximate twenty (20) acre permitted mine area located east of State Highway 85 and north of and
adjacent to County Road 36.
The Director of Planning Service, Tom Parko, Jr. has agreed that the trucking of the existing resource that
is stockpiled on location may be trucked from the property prior to the submittal for review and recordation
of the USR Map.
