the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Both hearings
will be held in the Hearing Room, Weld County Administration
Building, 1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado. Please note the

The parcel described as the north 1,300 feet of the northeast % of Section 4, Township 5 North,
Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. contains a significant sand and gravel resource. Sand and gravel
are present to an approximate depth of 40 to 70 feet throughout the parcel. The parcel can be
considered to contain a commercial mineral deposit.
It is highly economically feasible to recover, now and in the future, the sand and gravel resource
located on and under the subject parcel.
