RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Community Corrections Board, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Kendall Alexander, as the Citizen representative, to replace Ed Clark.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Kendall Alexander, be, and hereby is, appointed to the Community
Corrections Board, with a term to expire August 1, 2022.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 22nd day of July, A.D., 2019.
