Gentlemen:
It is a pleasure to advise you that $63,216 has been allocated under the
terms of the Airport and Airway Development Act of 1970, as amended, for
a project at the Weld County Municipal Airport, Greeley, Colorado, to
perform the following development under the Fiscal Year 1974 Airport
Development Aid Program:
"Acquire land for airport development (approximately 96 acres);
acquire land for future airport development (approximately
34 acres) ."
This allocation of funds is firm for the specific items of development
set forth insofar as the United States is concerned, so long as the
formulation of the project is carried forward with diligence, so that
a Grant Agreement may be executed and the project work commenced at the
earliest feasible time.
You will be contacted in the near future by a representative of this
office for the purpose of establishing a realistic schedule for the
expeditious submittal of related documents for proceeding with project
performance.
