HomeMy WebLinkAbout730785.tiff fdil,tdi ileid RESOLUTION DIVISION OF LAND NO. 0555-30-3-RE-55 DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION RANGE 67 WEST, TOWNSHIP 8 NORTH, SECTION 30 PART OF THE SOUTH HALF (S1/2) : WHEREAS, on May 5, 1972, the General Assembly of the State of Colorado, enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes, and WHEREAS, on August 30, 1972, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, adopted Subdivison Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35, and WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number 0555-30-3-RE-55 as provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules and regulations) for Weld County, Colorado. Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of subdivision is more particularly described as follows: That portion of the South Half of Section 30, Township 8 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. , County of Weld, State of Colorado more particularly described as follows: Considering the South line of said Section 30 as bearing East and West and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 30; thence along said South line West 1947.24 feet to the True Point of Beginning; said point being the approximate centerline of the Greeley Poudre Canal (abandoned) ; thence along said approximate centerline the following 13 courses and distances: North 41°25'30" West 777. 15 feet; North 13°06'00" West 1131.90 feet; North 29°38'30" East 169.84 feet; North 13'49'00" West 95620 feet; North 36°24'00" West 396.00 feet; North 24824'00" East 228.29 feet; North 63°58'30" East 191.90 feet; North 29058'30" West 384. 15 feet; North 41°07'00" West 371.02 feet; North 77°11 '30" West 129.38 feet; South 87°26'00" West 346.96 feet; North 67°20'30" West 152.73 feet; North 47°14'00" West 183. 13 feet; thence South 2370.69 feet to a point on the South line of said Section 30; said point bears East 1373.94 feet from the Southwest corner of said Section 30; thence along said South line East 1635. 13 feet to the True Point of Beginning. Subject to all irrigation ditch rights-of-way and road right-of-way along the South line of said described land and all easements of record. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign the plat of a division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of subdivision No. 0555-30-3-RE-55, for recording.
