COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
STATE HIGHWAY AGREEMENT
PROJECT S 0392 (1) , STATE HIGHWAY #392:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that this Board hereby approves a certain Agreement with the State
Department of Highways, Division of Highways-State of Colorado, dated January
27, 1971, whereby the County has reviewed and approved the Geometric Standards
designated to govern the construction of a Federal Aid Secondary Project to
consist of improvements on State Highway No. 392, beginning about one mile east
of Windsor and extending easterly, as per terms of said agreement, attached hereto
and made a part of this resolution, on behalf of Weld County by signatures
of the entire Board.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on roll call: �j

COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
'THIS AGREEMENT entered into thilututhday of January
192E,, by and between the County of party of the
first part,, and the STATE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS, DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS-
STATE OF COLORADO, party of the second part, WITNESSETH that
WHEREAS, The Division has constructed, or proposes to con-
struct, or$p 0411)for the construction project known beginning

WHEREAS, The said State Highway is part of the Federal Aid
Secondary System,
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Chapter 1 of Title 23,
U.S.C. , the Parties have jointly agreed 'that this project having been
designed and/or constructed to the appropriate Design Standards and
Specifications, as determined by the Design Traffic Volume which was
developed in accordance with approved and established practices, and the
above having current approval of the Bureau of Public Roads do hereby
agree to furtherance of this project to completion in accordance with
established practices of the Division of Highways-State of Colorado.

Iniaccordance with provisions as stated in 120-13-6 of Colorado
Revised Statutes the State Highway Commission intends to abandon all
portions of the existing highway which may result from any relocation
' involved in connection with this project. Commission' action will be
taken ,as soon as is practical after the relocated highway is completed
and open to 'public travel.
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit
of the Successors and assigns of the Parties thereto.
This Agreement is executed with reference to the signatories on
behalf of the County by virtue of a resolution passed at the meeting of

of Highways."

HIGHWAYS: PROJECT NUMBER S 0392 (1) :
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado', hereby approves State Department of Highways, Division
of Highways, State of Colorado, Project No. S 0392 (1) which provides for
the improvement of State Highway Number 392 in Weld County, and authorizes
the County Attorney to join said Board of County Commissioners as party
Petitioner with the Division of Highways in the event it becomes necessary
to acquire:needed right of way by condemnation, it being understood that all
