RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the State Department of Highways , Division of
Highways, State of Colorado, has presented a certain agreement
relative to construction of a project known as Project RS 0392 (4)
approximately 0. 265 miles long and located Northwest of Greeley
between Windsor and Lucerne at Neff Lake on State Highway 392
in Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, has reviewed the agreement and believes it to be desirous
and in the best interests of the County to enter into the afore-
mentioned agreement as proposed and submitted and upon the basis
recited therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners , Weld County, Colorado, that said agreement providing
for the construction and improvements on State Highway 392, Weld
County, Colorado, per copy attached hereto and made a part hereof
by reference, be, and it hereby is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board be and it hereby is
authorized to execute the agreement as submitted and to make the
same effective forthwith.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th
day of July, 1974.

COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT entered into this 8th day of_ July
19 7A , by and between the County of leld party of the
first part, and the STATE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS, DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS-
STATE OF COLORADO, party of the second part, WITNESSETH that
WHEREAS, The Division has constructed, or proposes to construct,
or provide for the construction of, a project known as
Project RS 0392(L ) __approximately 0.265 miles long and

on State Highway No. 392 in the County and
WHEREAS, The said State Highway is part of the Federal Aid
Secondary System,
NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with Chapter 1 of Title 23,
U. S.C. , the Parties have jointly agreed that this project having been
designed and/or constructed to the appropriate Design Standards and
Specifications, as determined by the Design Traffic Volume which was
developed in accordance with approved and established practices, and the
above having current approval of Federal Highway Administration do hereby
agree to furtherance of this project to completion in accordance with
established practices of the Division of Highways-State of Colorado.
In accordance with provisions as stated in 120-13-6 of Colorado
Revised Statutes the State Highway Commission intends to abandon all
portions of the existing highway which may result from any relocation
involved in connection with this project. Commission action will be
taken as soon as is practical after the relocated highway is completed
and open to public travel .
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit
of the Successors and assigns of the Parties thereto.
This Agreement is executed with reference to the signatories
on behalf of the County by virtue of a resolution passed at the meeting
of the Board of County Commissioners held on July 8, 19-4
a certified copy of which is attached hereto.
