RE: APPOINT CURT MOORE AS THE WELD COUNTY 1041 WOGLA PERMIT HEARING
OFFICER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County Code Ordinance 2019-10 (Ord 2019-10) became effective
August 5, 2019, and
WHEREAS, Ord 2019-10 includes Sections 21-5-330 and 21-5-340, which require a 1041
WOGLA Hearing Officer to conduct hearings on 1041 WOGLA Permit applications submitted after
August 5, 2019, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint Curt
Moore as the Weld County 1041 WOGLA Hearing Officer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Curt Moore, be, and hereby is, appointed as the Weld County 1041
WOGLA Hearing Officer.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 12th day of August, A.D., 2019.
