RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT AND APPOINTMENTS TO REGIONAL
COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Regional Communications Advisory Board,
and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Phil Tiffany to said board as the Fire Zone South representative, appoint Jeremy Young to said
board as Fire Zone South representative, and appoint Matthew Skaggs to said board as the Police
Chief At -Large position, all with terms to expire December 31, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Phil Tiffany be, and hereby is, reappointed and that Jeremy Young and
Matthew Skaggs, be, and hereby are, appointed to the Regional Communications Advisory Board,
all with terms to expire December 31, 2021.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 14th day of January, A.D., 2019.
