Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment

The Weld County Board of Health met June 25, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. in the second -floor hearing room
of the Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment.
Those present included:
Board Members: Nicholas Berryman, Tim Annable, Fred Hepner, Linda Kautz, James Kuemmerle,
Sandra Owens, Katerie Lauck, Joyce Smock and Jeff Reck.
Others: Lauren Light, Katie Sall, Environmental Health Services.
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Linda Kautz to approve the agenda as presented. Joyce Smock seconded the
motion and the motion was carried unanimously.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion was made by Fred Hepner to approve minutes from May 28, 2019. Katerie Lauck
seconded the motion and the motion was carried unanimously.
BUSINESS
Veris Environmental, LLC Katie Sall presented 22 biosolids renewal applications. No public
comments or concerns were received. Environmental Health recommends approval.

200646, DS -200647, DS -200648, DS -200650, DS -200707, DS -200708, DS -200711, DS -
200718, DS -200719, DS -200921, DS -201211, DS -201213, DS -201313, DS -201318 and DS -
1700009.
A motion was made by Tim Annable to approve the renewals. James Kuemmerle seconded the
motion and the motion was carried unanimously.
City and County of Broomfield - Katie Sall presented 9 domestic Septage renewal applications
DS -990001, DS -990002, DS -990003, DS -990004, DS -990005, DS -990006, DS -990007, DS -990008
and DS -990009- No public comments. Katie Sall recommends approval.
A motion was made by Tim Annable to approve the renewal. James Kuemmerle seconded the
motion and the motion was carried unanimously.
Metro Wastewater Reclamation — Katie Sall presented 5 renewal application. No public comments
or concerns. Katie recommends approval.

A motion by Joyce Smock to adjourn the meeting and was seconded by Linda Kautz. Meeting was
adjourned at 10:07 am. Next meeting is Tuesday, July 30th, 2019.
