(This Amendment would add Portions of the W2 Section 34 - T1 N - R62W to the
current site BMP-2178)

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, Water Quality Control Division is in receipt
of a request to amend the Notice of Authorization for the Use and Distribution of Biosolids for the
above referenced site from Veris Environmental, LLC., to add an additional 210.15 acres to the
current site.
Per the requirements of the Biosolids Regulation (5 CCR 1002-64, 64.B) a determination as to the
completeness of the Letter of Intent will be made within 30 days of the date of this letter. You should
have received a copy of the request to amend the Notice of Authorization from Veris Environmental,
LLC. Please notify me otherwise.
