PDC Energy, Inc., ("PDC") operated the above -listed facilities, formerly located on your property.
These facilities have been permanently plugged and abandoned and all associated equipment
removed. Per Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission ("COGCC") guidelines, PDC, as
the former Operator, is responsible for an oil and gas location until it has passed a COGCC
inspection for final reclamation. At this time PDC does not have record of this location undergoing
a COGCC inspection and needs to determine its current reclamation status.
PDC has secured the services of APEX Companies, LLC. They are a third party contractor that
is qualified to determine the status of site reclamation and vegetation regrowth. The contractors
will need to assess the area around the well(s) and associated facilities and collect photos of the
location to determine vegetation growth and the final reclamation status of the site. The
contractors will not disturb your property in any manner and will only perform a visual assessment.
We are planning to perform the assessment between the dates of May 16th through June 14tH
during the hours of 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.
