The Weld County Department of Human Services (WCDHS) has completed its review of the
single bid response received through the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for bid number
B1900057 (AAA — Senior Nutrition Program). Attached to this memorandum is a document
outlining the details for services and rates recommended for contract. Please note this provider
was awarded a contract during the last RFP process in 2015.
This vendor and service was reviewed, and recommendation approved, by the Advisory Board
for Area Agency on Aging.
