To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of- Weld _ County, Colorado: GRNTLE.MR.h": Your Viewers appointed on. the 9th day of _ April _ 191.7__to view a County Road prayed for in a certain petition presented to your honorable body on the above named day and date, a copy of which has been received by us, viz: Commencing at The Southeast corner of section 36, Township 10 North, Range 56 :Test at the County line, the true point of commencement, thence West three miles on section line, thence I'orth one mile, thence jest three miles, thence commencing at the Southeast corner of section 29, Township 10 North, range 56 West, thence North two miles, thence West two miles, thence commencing at Southeast corner of section 36, Township 10 North, Range 57 West, thence North five miles on township line, thence West six miles to the Northwest corner of section seven ( 7 ) , Township 10 North, Range 57 v"est, the true point of ending, Respectfully submit the following report, to-wit: After receiving our authority to act, use met at the starting point of said proposed road, on the 17th day of _April.... _-___1917 _ at the hour of__10__ -o'clock_h._M., being the time and place specified in our appointment, and proceeded to view the road prayed for in said petition, as follows: We commenced at the starting point named in said petition, and run From the Southeast corner of section 36, Township 10 North, Range 56 West at the County line, the true point of commencement, thence West three miles on section line, thence North one mile, thence West three miles, thence commencing at the Southeast corner of section 29, Tewaskif, Township 10 North, Range 56 West, thence North two miles, thence West two miles, thence commencing at the Southeast corner of section 36, Township 10 North, Range 57 West, thence North five miles on Township line, thence Lest six miles to the Northwest corner of section seven ( 7) , Township 10 North, Range 57 West, the true point of ending, • the last named point being the terminus thereof, and the road as above laid out and viewed being over the most practicable route which we. in our judgment, can find. We found it necessary to make the following changes in the proposed route as prayed for, viz: we the viewers herein recommend that the road prayed for and described herein be granted with the except- ion of the four miles commencing at the Southeast corner of section 3, T. 10 N. R. 57 W and extending Westward on section lines to the Southwest corner of section 6, said Township and Range. Also except- ingthe five miles commencing at th, Southeast corner of sectiot. .29, T. 10 N.
