ACCEPT GRANT OF EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY
RANGE 66, TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH, SECTION 15
EAST HALF (PTN) HOME LIGHT AND POWER COMPANY:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners,
Weld County, Colorado, that they do hereby accept a Grant of
Easement and Right of Way as submitted by the Home Light and
Power Company, which is hereby attached and made part of this
resolution, said parcel of land more particularly described as
follows:
A parcel of land along the East Half (Ei) of
Section 15, Township 5 North, Range 66 West
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado,
described as follows:
The West twenty (20) feet of the East fifty (50)
feet of that part of the East Half (Ei) of said
Section 15 heretofore deeded to Grantor by deeds
recorded in Book 647, under Reception No. 1568718
and Book 681, under Reception 1603459, Weld County
Records.
For the use and benefit of the public for streets
and highway purposes.
The above and foregoing resolution, was on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote:

GRANT OF EASEMENT AND RIGHT OF WAY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Home Light and Power
Company, a Colorado corporation, Greeley, Colorado, for the consideration
of other valuable considerations and Ten Dollars in hand paid, hereby sells
and conveys to WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, the rights of way for a public
highway over and across the following real property situate in the County of
Weld and State of Colorado, to-wit:
A parcel of land along the East half (El-) of
Section 15, Township 5 North, Range 66
West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colo-
rado, described as follows:
The West twenty (20) feet of the East fifty (50)
feet of that part of the East half (El) of said
Section 15 heretofore deeded to Grantor by
deeds recorded in Book 647, under Reception
No. 1568718 and Book 681, under Reception
No. 1603459, Weld County Records.
The consideration herein stated is in full compensation for all damages
that would be considered and assessed in any award or court verdict in a
proceeding under the statutes of Colorado, to condemn said strip of land
for a public road.
