Aztec Exploration, LLC (Aztec) has executed an Assignment of Oil & Gas Leases, recorded at Reception
No. 4442676, whereby they have agreed to sell and assign one hundred percent (100%) of its right, title,
and interest in and to the Oil & Gas Lease recorded at Reception No. 4420997 to Incline Energy, LLC,
whose address is 5019 N. Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75205. Aztec has reserved a 1.50%
Overriding Royalty.
Pursuant to the Oil and Gas Lease, your consent is required in order to permit Aztec to convey its
interest. Aztec respectfully requests your consent to sell and assign its interest in the Oil and Gas Lease
covering the following lands:
Township 4 North, Range 67 West, 6th P.M.
Section 5: The North 12 feet of Lot 20, Block 2, Parish Heights. Lots 31 and 32, Block 1, Johnstown. Lots
9, 10, and 11, Block 5, 1st Addition to Parish Heights. Lots 5, 6, and 8, Block 8, Mary Parish Addition.
Lots 7 and 8, Block 1, Johnstown. The West 50 feet of Lot 2, all of Lot 3, Block 2, 1st Addition to Parish
Heights. Lots 11, 12, and 13, Block 9, Mary Parish Addition
Please evidence your consent by executing in the space provided below. Please return the original fully
executed letter to my attention in the enclosed pre -paid envelope. Should you have any questions, please
