Weld County. 4) The use of ground water from this well is limited to fire protection, ordinary household purposes inside not more than two (2) single family dwelling(s), the irrigation of not more than 9,800 square feet home gardens and lawns, and the watering of four (4) large domestic animals. 5) Production is limited to the Laramie -Fox Hills aquifer. 6) The pumping rate of this well shall not exceed 15 GPM. 7) The annual withdrawal of ground water from this well shall not exceed 1.2 acre-feet. 8) The return flow from the use of this well must be through an individual waste water disposal system of the type so that not less than 2% of the total amount of water withdrawn is returned to the same stream system in which the well is located. 9) This well shall be located not more than 200 feet from the location specified on this permit. 10) The issuance of this permit hereby cancels permit no. 286885. NOTE: The ability of this well to withdraw its authorized amount of water from this non-renewable aquifer may be less than the 100 years upon which the amount of water in the aquifer is allocated, due to anticipated water level declines. Lauren, In regard to the existing septic it is only being used for the existing 2 bedroom 2nd dwelling. There is not a main dwelling on the septic system, as the existing main dwelling is uninhabitable and not hooked up to any utilities or septic. When we get approval to remodel/rebuild the main home, we will have to add to the existing septic per the requirements in the attached document.
